Auto Cad Department
Our Auto Cad Department can provide prints from customer samples and sketches or design parts to meet tooling needs.
Wire EDM Department
Our 1st Wire EDM was purchased in 1990. Today, our Wire EDM Department has grown in size to three Wire EDM machines and two work shifts. This insures short lead times and eliminates concerns of delivery delays due to maintenance or down time. Capacities includes 14" x 20" travel, 4 axis capability and 12" Z Height. Print Transfer available via internet.
Turning Department
Five CNC lathes head up our Turning Department ranging from small to large along with five manual engine lathes.
Milling Department
Our Milling Department consists of three Mazak machining centers and eight manual milling machines that can handle one-of-a-kind jobs to fairly large size production runs.
