Design

We provide prints from customer samples and sketches or design parts to meet tooling needs.

Wire EDM

Our Wire EDM Department consists of three Wire EDM machines in a temperature controlled room, qualified personnel with years of experience, and two work shifts. This insures short lead times and eliminates concerns of delivery delays due to maintenance or down time. With Wire EDM, we can hold a tolerance of .0001″. Capacities includes 14″ x 20″ travel, 4 axis capability and 12″ Z Height. Our wire diameters range from .006 – .013″. Print Transfer available via internet.

Turning

Our turning department consists of eight CNC lathes, four manual engine lathes, and one CNC controlled manual lathe. We have the ability to turn diameters from .020” all the way up to 35”.

Milling

Our milling department consists of five Mazak CNC mills, six manual mills, and two CNC controlled manual mills. We are capable of milling sizes up to 30 x 65 x 24” thick.

Fabricating

Our fabrication department consists of four welding stations, an Ironworker, a Box & Pan Brake, and a compact bender. We are capable of GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW processes.

Quality Control

Though quality is maintained during the entire manufacturing process, our Quality Control department inspects products to ensure this quality prior to shipment. We utilize certified inspection equipment, FARO Arm CMM, an Optical Comparitor, and a Rockwell Hardness Tester.
