Wire EDM
Our Wire EDM department includes three state-of-the-art EDM machines in a recently updated temperature controlled room, managed by qualified personnel with over 30 years of experience. This specialized machining allows us to do more intricate work than with traditional machining methods and ensures parts that exceed the quality our customers require. In this department, we can hold a tolerance of .0001”. Capacities include 15.75” x 23.5” travel, 4 axis capability, and 16” Z height. Our wire diameters range from .004”-013” and we also have Molybdenum Wire capabilities.
